House of charm and character located in the city center of Niort, 4 minutes walk from the train station and the pedestrian city center, with its banks of the Sèvre. It was built around 1860. We have completely renovated it, taking care to preserve the old elements which give it its charm.

It is made up of three spacious and comfortable rooms: garden side, on the first and second floor and the third city side on the second floor.

Committed to an eco-responsible approach, we offer you a personalized breakfast, composed of artisanal, local and seasonal products.

We have chosen to use 100% organic and natural local cosmetic products. The bottles are made of glass and returnable in order to move towards a zero waste bathroom and reduce our impact on the environment.
 

We clean and disinfect our rooms with a device that projects steam at over 120°, without the use of chemicals.

You are close to the typical places of the region: Poitevin marshes, for its hikes and boat trips, 15 minutes away, a rich medieval heritage, the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle 45 minutes away, ...

It is with pleasure that we welcome your children from 7 years old (the configuration of the house does not allow us to receive children below this age.

Bicycle spaces are available in a closed garage :: the Vélo Francette route is 5 minutes from us.
